Shipping Policy
Metalhead TV does not provide shipping for bands. You'll need to make sure you have everything you need to have to get items shipped out the door when an order comes in. Our suggestion is to work with the Metalhead TV staff to get everything configured properly, that way your fans don't end up with late or missed products.
Refund Policy
You are responsible for your own refunds, if an order is refunded please be aware we do not provide a return of the fees for the sale, except for certain circumstances at our discretion. Make sure you have a solid refund policy for your merch and don't forget, a 20% restocking fee is a very common practice, that way you don't miss out on opportunities to recover losses if someone returns an item, we suggest you have something about it within your refund policy.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges can be done on your own. Metalhead TV will not apply another fee if you have to reship something from the same order. We bill our initial 7% fee per item sold, that's it.
